The barrels are resting
Sound Aging runs on the second weekend of every month, Friday through Sunday.
Requests are open at any time for the next Sound Aging weekend. Your song gets its own day and time, and when it plays we email you to say thank you and tell you what it did in the barrel room.

What is on comes from the Sound Aging schedule and the batch playlists. Song-by-song playback appears here once the barrel room’s player is connected. Tempo and bass figures are measured from each song’s 30-second Spotify preview (tempo is an estimate).
What is playing, where, who is listening, and why it matters.
Real songs from every genre: country, outlaw and Texas music, electronic and bass music, blues, reggae and more.
Sound Aging runs in sessions: the second weekend of every month, Friday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central each day. Music plays through speakers set against the barrels.
Our bourbon and rye, resting in charred American oak. Which batch playlist is on is shown above.
Low-frequency sound moves the whiskey against the oak, instead of letting it rest in silence.
