ReVerb Distilling (“ReVerb”, “we”) is based in Austin, Texas. This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to be read.
What we collect
- What you give us. If you join the Listening Room, ask to be notified, send a message, submit a trade or partner inquiry, or request a song, we receive what you type: for example your name, email address, ZIP code, business details, and the song and artist you ask for.
- Age confirmation. When you tell us you are 21 or older, your browser remembers that for 30 days so we do not ask on every page. It stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
- Spotify player. If you press “Listen in” on the Barrel Room, Spotify’s player loads from Spotify and Spotify may collect information under its own privacy policy. It does not load until you ask for it.
- Basic technical data. Our website host and email provider may log things like IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To send what you asked for: a reply, a note when online ordering opens, and updates about availability.
- When you submit a newsletter, launch-notification or availability signup, to send ReVerb launch updates, the Listening Room newsletter, product news, recipes, event updates and other promotional emails. The signup states this before you submit it, and every marketing email provides an unsubscribe method.
- To run Barrel Room song requests. A request shows only the song and artist publicly, never your email, including in the list of songs played before. When your song plays we email you a thank-you and a report about it.
- To answer trade, press and partner inquiries and to improve the site.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email, and only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with one click.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address below.
- This site is for adults of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Keeping it safe, and how long
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or the law requires.
