Most whiskey ages in silence.Ours listens.

Our barrel room is wired with speakers that play bass-heavy music from every genre. Sound Aging runs in sessions, not around the clock: the second weekend of every month, Friday through Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central each day. While the music plays, the vibration keeps the whiskey moving against the oak instead of resting quietly.

Sound Aging is for our Bourbon and Rye.
