Apple Thyme Gin Fizz

A tall, easy ReVerb Gin highball with apple, thyme and citrus.

Ingredients

  • ReVerb Gin1½ oz
  • Apple juice1 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Thyme syrup½ oz
  • Club sodato top

Directions

  1. Shake the first four ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain over ice.
  3. Top with soda.
  4. Garnish with thyme sprig.
