Pear & Sage Gin Spritz

Gin, pear and fresh sage, topped with something sparkling.

Ingredients

  • ReVerb Gin1½ oz
  • Pear nectar1 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Fresh sage2 leaves
  • Sparkling wineto top

Directions

  1. Shake gin, pear and lemon with ice.
  2. Strain over ice.
  3. Top with sparkling.
  4. Garnish with sage leaf.

Plays well with: Indie folk on a Sunday afternoon
