Blackberry Gin Spritz

A light, sparkling ReVerb Gin drink with blackberry, citrus and bubbles.

Ingredients

  • ReVerb Gin1½ oz
  • Blackberries4
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Sparkling wineto top

Directions

  1. Fill a wine glass with fresh ice.
  2. Muddle lightly.
  3. Add ice and gin.
  4. Top with sparkling.
  5. Garnish with blackberry and mint.

Plays well with: Bossa nova and soft funk
