Blueberry Rum Collins

A tall, easy ReVerb White Rum highball with blueberry, lemon and soda.

In testing. This recipe is still being refined in the ReVerb kitchen.

Ingredients

  • ReVerb White Rum1½ oz
  • Blueberries8
  • Fresh lemon juice¾ oz
  • Simple syrup½ oz
  • Club sodato top

Directions

  1. Muddle berries.
  2. Shake the first four ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain over ice.
  4. Top with soda.
  5. Garnish with blueberries and mint.

Plays well with: Bossa nova and soft funk
