A light, sparkling ReVerb Gin drink with lemon, gin and bubbles.

In testing. This recipe is still being refined in the ReVerb kitchen.

Ingredients

  • ReVerb Gin1 oz
  • Fresh lemon juice½ oz
  • Simple syrup½ oz
  • Sparkling wineto top

Directions

  1. Chill a flute in the freezer while you mix.
  2. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.
  3. Strain.
  4. Top with sparkling wine.
  5. Garnish with lemon twist.

Plays well with: Neo-soul and slow jazz
